My metal guy said that he had a 4”×4” piece of steel tube. Could we make something out of it. Said he wanted to try a cantilever. Told him that I can make the top if he builds a base.

Top is 24”×42”. It is 17” tall. The wood is American Elm with Black Walnut trim. Sprayed with precat satin lacquer.

Countdown to the show is 11 days.

Thanks for reading and all comments and suggestions are welcome.

Very neat and I like that you left the metal rusty and finished over it.

Great job Monte, sure is a winner.

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.
