Small piece of burl I picked up at the local wood store. It’s about 8 inches high. I left the back intact as much as possible; about half of the bark left on it. Then sealed it with many coats of poly. Looks pretty nice on the window sill.

side table top…???? throw a post in the bottom of it…and BANG…. beautiful grain on that price. pretty tight grain in some of those spots it looks like…very nice chunk.
