I built these end tables out of Oregon grown white oak, which is quit a bit different than your run of the mill white oak. it is extremely hard and brittle. it was a challenge to work with, but the final result was worth it

Very nice work. I love the wood and I’m usually not very fond of Oak.

Looks very very good, great job. The oak has so much live in it and makes your tables very special.

Very well done, I have never seen White oak with that flowing grain. Are those thru tennions you have one the side? Very nicely done.
