Nice acupressure design. I have seen these before but it never struck me that they were made using routers.

Nice work !

I used to work in a mill and lathed hundreds of these things in the late 80s.

One design element we used, was to make it fat in the middle and tapper off towards the sides fo easy access into the arch of the foot. The ends were slightly larger diameter then the middle with an inset groove for an O-ring to sit within and act as a tire.

I think I still have a knotty-reject one around the house … somewhere … maybe lost in the kids’ toys.
