A beautiful co-op kitchen renovation project I had the pleasure to repair and make improvements to. We had to brighten or freshen up the whole room.

The homeowner wished to have something different for where food is prepared and cooked, and as you can see from the photos before and after we delivered exactly that. The place really had to be restored to its former glory.

Made using absolutely beautiful quarter sawn oak and for a contrast brown oak work surfaces.
We also re-sawed the brown oak which then made the quarter sawn book matched panels in the two top cupboards.

The solid drawers run on wooden runners, the handles are simple and handmade in order to fit the desired kitchen feel.

The sink and tap you see in the pictures are reused ones that the homeowner had, same goes for the dresser. To refurbish a kitchen means to clean it, furnish it and make it more attractive or better equipped. The only item that we used from the old kitchen was the worktop. After we cleaned and it we applied it in the utility room.

This whole wood kitchen refurbishment project was a big job with many rewards since the client was more than happy with how the final interior felt like. It’s far from a class A kitchen renovation project, but it’s definitely a renovation project I’m happy with.

I’d say you made that into a great looking space! Hats off for the hard work. it certainly looks like it was worth it though.
