Hi Y’all

here are the pictures of my Monk, he stands 7 inches tall ,carved from eastern white pine,darker brown is a single wash of raw umber,the lighter brown is a light wash of cafe mocha ,sealed with matte finish poly.

Another nice carving Bruce, what type of wood do you use? I might have a go at making one using the Dremel,
just a fun project. Keep them coming.

I carved this guy from eastern white pine, it is a soft wood that easy to carve, sands well and takes paint well
and is less expensive then basswood
