Snagged some ash pallets from a neighbor doing a remodel. I started with side table plans in Fine Woodworking and scaled down the top to fit an odd little corner by the closet. With the smaller top it didn’t really make sense to put a drawer in it. I successfully resawed a board by hand for the first time, to make the top. Hand planed the tapered legs. I leveled it in the shop but had to add some adhesive cork to keep it from rocking on the old hardwood floors.
