Nice stoppers and great little box. Like the wood choices and the stopper shapes look good. What kind of stones did you inset in the top of the stoppers?

The silver maple looks to have some spalting in it. Looks great in that shape. Nice finial also.

i have turned about a half dozen stoppers so far…
i must get back to posting pics of my stuff…
tell us more about that chunk of silver maple…
i recently had to take down a silver maple in my parents backyard and i have some 30-40 pound bowl blanks…
i’ve never turned anything that large afore and i’m giddy wit excitement… :)
