Hi everyone , Here are the first 10 birdhouses of 2010 , They are all made from 100 year old barn wood and designed for purple martins .
These 6 plex houses are 22” square and weigh about 50 lbs each . The insides are all removable for easy cleaning .

Very nice birdhouses. Great work!
But I’m a bit skeptical about birds like bright colours, especially nesting birds.

Thanks Karson and David . This is a easy design and it sells very well . It would be nice to teach a few guys to build these ones full time while i work on the large and more complicated houses :))

Hi John;
Great job as always.
Do the birds have a preference, as far as color goes?
