Several friends and family asked me about this project, that’s when it hit me use the scraps to model the assembly. I was able to model all aspects of the project in 1 image and when needed I can loan the model out.

I think I will be doing this more often depending on the project.

Yes this is a great idea. I have often done this to prove a concept or show the final design. Good work.

I sent one of these example units, he was given the original. He received another jersey and needed another case. With this example piece he made an exact duplicate of the one I made for him. Finished picture added.

He is becoming quite the woodworker.
