Hard to tell what you have there but, at least it’s wood and if you say it’s finished, I believe you. Good work.

the speed bag…..........gotta move it forward so as not to have your forehead Karate chopped by that circular piece of plywood…...........unless he has arms like those orange apes.

The speed bag stand and chinning bar actually worked fine, except that the whole thing resonated back and forth when hitting the bag… should have used a tripod or 4 legged configuration. My brother tried using it for a year, and then tried taking it down, but the bolts had rusted, so he took a chain saw to it, and now it’s way in the back of his backyard all in chunks.

I’m still laughing from roman’s comment… orange apes… lol But, now that I know it’s been chain sawed to death, I don’t think I’m ever going to stop laughing. lol
