I was commisioned to build this fence because the old fence was rotten and about to fall apart.

we decided to use 5/4×6 for the pickets and chose vinyl lattice for the top. Once it begins to warm up again and stay dry, I will seal it.

sweet, my next fence. Nice work. Building fences kinds sucks in my experience but you made it look easy. My first one ever blew down in the wind…ha ha ha

Thanks everyone. Brent, If I lived closer, I would come and make this fence for you.

Nice looking fence. Did you use engineering timber (chemical treated lumber) that stand wet weather?

In my country, we get heavy rain through out the year. Usually we use treated timber which is very very expensive. That’s why we build home compoubd fence from masonery-bricks.

Hey roman, if you want to be an ass, do it somewhere else. I’m not on here for your crap, so back off.

Oh, by the way, yes, I am a PRO. I get paid very well for what I do.

Oh, and as to your post in another thread regarding this fence, it was hand built, every piece put in by me, alone. The material was not even purchased at HD, so try to get some sense of what your talking about before you open your mouth.

No problem. We have a fence that’s just about to take itself down, no honestly its going to fall down by itself if we have anymore wind like we have had the last few times and i’m going to show this to my and see if by chance she would like to put up a new one similar to yours..Thanks for the inspiration.
