The ouroboros or oroboros (/ˌjʊərəˈbɒrəs, ˌjʊəroʊ-/; Ancient Greek: οὐροβόρος ὄφις “tail-devouring snake”) is an ancient symbol depicting a serpent or dragon eating its own tail.

Hand carved from walnut and finished with oil.

Beautifully done! Great bit of lumber there too.
