Looks really nice! I’m nearly finished “tooling up” and I’m looking for some projects. I might try my hand at something like this. What router bit/bits did you use? Keep up the good work!

A very nice dish and a great idea. I like the rounded edges on all four sides, a bandsaw will only give you two rounded edges on apposing walls.

Thanks guys. I used a round nose Freud bit- I think its a 3/8” radius I can’t recall. It worked OK although I had issues with the new bushing setup on my router.
Smoothing the bottom of the dish was a challenge. Luckily my ROS just barely fit inside making it easier to smooth most of the bottom.
I’m not sure how you would make something this deep if it were a solid piece, splitting it allowed me to route both top and bottom halves separately. If they were together the router bit would not have been deep enough.
