Dave: very nice. So now you want to go to the shop and do some more.

I’m proud of you undertaking this new skill.

Dave,
I, too, am proud of your new skills. You certainly have set the bar pretty high for me- I haven’t even turned my first pen, yet. Hope my first one turns out as nice as yours.

Dave, You did a great job on that pen. By the way i am taking a class tomorrow on how to turn a pen i am very excited. This is the first class i have taken since shop class in 8th grade. It will determin if i like it enough to buy a lathe. Keep up the good work.
