My wife wanted a board similar to the board I made for a wedding gift, only she wanted it thicker. Here is the completed board.

Woods are Cherry, Bubinga, Maple, Paduak, Purpleheart, Walnut.

Dimensions are 12 3/4×21 1/8. It is just short of 2” thick.

Mike, this is a nice looking cutter. You chose a nice wood combination and design as well.

Very Nice! I have a couple questions – What are the final dimensions? The finish looks excellent – what is it?

Really nice board. I agree, the finish and block-alignment are superb.

I added the dimensions to the description above.

I normally finish my boads with General Finsihes Salad Bowl finish. I use a procedure similar to the Wood Whisperer.

On this board I used some other varnish I had because my GF Salad Bowl finish had gone bad.
