(1) Inside out turning in cherry. The picture does not capture this item well because the real beauty is on the inside.
(2) Potpourri holder – Amboyna Burl with porcelain top
(3) Potpourri holder – spalted hackberry with pewter top
(4) Pill box – cocobolo – The shape suggests that it is well suited for Viagra.

Great job, the pill box is a little phallic, but it is “hard” ( challenging) not to be phallic turning little boxs like that.
Love the lamp and the pot pouri holders.
Thanks for sharing.

To adeptr – I’ve had a lathe for over 10 years and initially I was intimidated by it. I took a 2 day class and that got me started. However,I still struggled for many years. Then it was almost like a light came on. I got much more comfortable and confident with the lathe. Now turning is my absolute favorite type of woodworking.
