I made these end tables out of a wine barrel for a customer recently. It was a relitively easy project, but I liked the look of them.

How do you get them to hang from the wall? Just kidding at your side way photos.

I like the look of these, the remind me of some I have seen in Sonoma wine country.
With the rings, as you have them, are reminiscent of something you would find in Camelot.

very nicely done these sell for good money in wine country,great job.also just a future idea you could cover the tops with corks and put a round glass top on.
