Here is a pic of my newest commission. The Urn is 6”x 7” x 3” and is made from Mahogany (box) ,with bookmatched walnut and birdseye maple (background). Rusty is made from Honey Locust with bubinga and ebony eyes, and wenge and ebony nose. The back is removable

That is so nice! I lost my lab almost two years ago and miss her every single day! The people who commissioned this box are going to have a wonderful reminder of their faithful friend, Rusty! I wish I had the carving/marquetry talent that you display – I’d do one of our Gretchen to add to her urn.
