Top is walnut 6/4. Finished with a wipe on blend.

Base is poplar – through mortise and tenon. Finish w a shellac blocker, gel stain, and more shellac.

Gift for my mother in law.

Good looking table, Like the design but think the base is stained to dark? Just my opinion.

I love these simple designs with the small added details. Hard not to like the figuring in the top too.

Great looking coffee table! I don’t recall seeing a trestle-style one before, but I like this one! That walnut top is beautiful—I’m sure your MIL will love it!

Very clean and rustic looking table. You just can’t go wrong with Walnut. I know whoever gets it will love it. Thanks for sharing.
