I found this piece of wood years ago while camping. I don’t even remember where, either Texas or New Mexico.
I always knew I would find a place for it since it is so unique. I had quite a bit of spalted pecan and it seemed like a good fit. The inlay is crushed turquois. One end is natural, the other I used a chisel, rasp, etc. to get a more natural look. Finished it with Tung Oil.
