This is pretty funny that I call this raised and it comes in a whopping 3 1/2” off the ground. I have 2 dachshunds and they only need it about that tall. This was my second woodworking project after my half completed workbench. The dogs needed new bowls and the wife saw something like this at a craft show and wanted to spend $40. I built it with a piece of pine and bought the bowls at Petsmart, all for less than $15.

Very nice. If I were to make one for our doggies they would have to be the same height or shorter. We have 2 papillions and 1 of them is very small (6 lbs.) The other is also small by papillion standards (10 lbs).

Great idea. I should build one just to keep the dogs from dragging their bowls all over the floor.

Good job at saving $25 dollars, you can use that to buy something for the shop.
