Easel #2

Among my first projects, there is very simple ‘Painting stand’ which is my the most viewed project.
Now I’m challenging myself with this table easel I made for my daughter who do painting as relaxation.
It’s little complicated than my first one. It has two painting positions – upright and horizontal, so she can paint however she like. On last photo is her last painting.
On top there is small block to fix canvas, with possibility to accomodate various sizes, up to 44cm high.
Easel was made of old bed pine flooring scraps finished with laquer.

Ivan you did a great job on this and your daughter will be very exited to own and use this easel .
Being a table top model makes it very portable also
Dad makes the best and you using old scrap wood is a plus .
