We’re in the process of selling our house and the sign didn’t look very good compared to others around so I decided to make a post and frame to help give some emphasis to the sign.

I put a 4×4 into the ground and then slipped the post over it. The sign is 24” x 18” which I put into the frame and just pressed a piece of trim against it to hold in place. The angle for the top and mid way was 10 degrees. The joints are off a little primarily due to some serious cupping in the original wood.

Great job, very classy. First impressions are very important.

Very nice. It gives a professiona touch over the traditional 4×4 post

Looks good. MUCH better then what the realtors usually put out.

You know, the realtor is gonna want that when your house sells! :)

That’s a dang nice for sell sign. It should definitely get some traffic.

Nice, Adds a classy touch to the boring 4×4 signs.
After you sell your house you can go into business selling these to realtors.
