So, this is Probation and Parole Officers week here in Virginia.

Today at our staff meeting our Chief afforded us supervisors the opportinity to recognize members of our team for the work they have done. I have a small team due to vacancies. But I have wonderful team members Marlo Sarver and Teneisha Smith. They do a wonderful job of writing the overwhelming majority of the Presentence Reports, we submit to the Henrico Counth Circuit Court. So, I made them each a pen – 1 out of Walnut and the other out of Acrylic. I apprechiate all the work tbey accomplish in addition to the PSI’s.

Beautiful work. Love them both but that blue acrylic is killer!

What gorgeous pens!! They are each lovely in their own way. The walnut is warm and rich. The purple marbled one is just stunning and has caused drool to appear at the corners of my mouth! :D

And to top it off, you’ve made them as gifts, how thoughtful! :)

My younger brother and his wife are coming by to visit this weekend and though I originally planned to surprise them each with a pen, I’ve decided to have them choose the wood and the kit. It will be extra fun for them this way!

Thank you for sharing your handsome pens with us! :)
