Wood Bench Vise

Saw a similar design somewhere, all made from pine, maple, spanish cedar, and mahogany scraps. Vise screw from cherry and cut with a 1” Beall wood threader. Got ample holding power and is easily moved around the workbench by using a couple of 1/4” screws and wing nuts. Had a little trouble adjusting the garter section but finally got the right measurements and works perfectly, not too tight not too loose.
