This is the first bowl i turned about 2 years ago. I haven’t had a ton of time to do turnings the last year, but will get back to it this winter hopefully.
This is made from a scrap cherry board (about 2 inches thick). A coworker saw it on my desk at work and asked for it to store jewelry in at home. Later came back and asked for a lid (to keep her cats out).... so that’s out of maple with a cherry knob.
