15×30 by 24 inches tall. Made from Cherry. This table fills the need of having a charging station for phones and tablets as well has having drawer space for extra remotes. I tried a few different hinge combinations and found this setup worked the best for this. Finished with General Finish Enduro. Buffed with the abralon buffing pads.

It IS on the end of the other table… Great looking and functional table, but I’m finding myself more intrigued with exactly what you’re watching on the television…..

I caught the tv after the fact. Its the Big Bang Theory, 6:00 on Fox, family programming, I swear. it is on the dining table to check it over, run the power strip, and take pictures, etc.

I’m with Dozuki, however I think it belongs on the other end of the table. Keeping with the picture background hounds, your dog looks famished and wants some food put into that fancy bowl holder!

As to the table, very nice! I like the way you used side access for the top compartment and that Cherry is wonderful.
Did you use solid Cherry throughout or is some of that veneer?

Really nice project and that grain on the cherry drawers is to die for.

splintergroup: I did use cherry ply. I had some left over from a cabinet project and built the case out of it. I used the festool domino to add 1.5 inch cherry pieces to hide the edge of the ply. I always struggle with Ply or No ply in a project like this. I like the stability of ply where solid cherry may still be effected by humidiy. However, I had a few pieces of cherry I saved for the right time and the drawer fronts and top were definately the right use for them.
