Finished! Flame Elder Ruger Grips

Turned out even better than I hoped. Working on the flip side today. Lot of tedious work in this little piece. Took me 2 hours of sawing, shaping and sanding to get it right. The underside is the “pain.” Several indentations, holes, etc to get just right. Finished with a wax application. Thanks for the looks and comments.

That’s really unique looking. Using box elder is really thinking outside the box.

beautiful, recently did a pocket knife so in a small way I can appreciate the time and effort to get it right
