WINDOWS!!!! The old woman's BOOT!

Had a bit of basswood so the old style woman’s boot is the result. Had to put in some windows to make Mark happy!
Revealed a series of windows, then textured them with a round ruby bit and finally used some acrylic paint to enhance the detailing and suggest that those indeed are Windows!
Enjoy the wood whimsy!

Roman, this is a great looking boot and I love the colors and wood.

I had some difficulty with my painting, as some of the colours are not showing up too well. Plus my camera does not give me the quality needed to show the true colours. Hope Bill and Belinda would be proud!
Before I started to paint the boot, my grand daughter shouted ‘Windows’ which inspired the coloration! RH
