These lamps are for sitting on a table or sideboard. They are not really suitable for reading as I only installed a 3 watt LED light and the area open for light to escape is small. The main curved piece is steam bent and has the power cord running up the inside. The shades are interchangeable and we make them to suit the clients tastes. All timber is from recycled hardwoods. They stand 600 mm tall. The nest shaped one throws great light patterns on the wall. Maybe something to look at in the future to see what patterns can be made.
This is probably not a very profitable line as there are so many lamps coming from China and their price is so low, that people hesitate to spend much on a hand made solid timber lamp.

Apologies for poor photos. Just looking at them, it makes the lamp look like it is leaning over. Not really the case. They are right angles to the surface they are standing on. (:
