I made this to match a record cabinet, posted earlier. I added the drawers to tie it in with that cabinet. Brown maple drawers, walnut-faced plywood. Not crazy about the beadboard back, but it was a dirt cheap, prefinished buy, and it’s satisfactory.

That’s really attractive. I, on the other hand think that bead board is really nice looking. The drawers really make it outstanding.

Very nice job on this. I have used bead board on several book cases and really like the look. Cleans up and finishes nicely and is strong enough to support the frame. Adding the drawers was an excellent choice. Great job.
