These are some cheese knives I made. I made all from scratch and used different woods for the handles

Far left is some Afghan Mohogany, far right is Walnut and the middle is made from a piece of an old wooden toboggan that I found in the woods behind my mother’s house. I am assuming it is hickory, but I could be wrong.

Thanks. This was my first time making a knife handle and I am pretty pleased with how they turned out.
