Christmas present for the wife. Everyone else in the family got one but forgot to make her one so made this one a few days late. Black walnut and maple finished with mineral oil and beeswax.

I like it… nice. Same problem here… made a board for daughter. Wife watched the whole time while I was making it. Daughter opens on Christmas… loved it so much that wife complained that she didn’t get one—after I had asked her several times… uh, not the first time for that to happen.
So, NEXT year another cutting board coming up…
