Well I needed some shop time and I figured I put this rack off long enough.
Ripped 4 strips of oak ply 3” wide.
I ran ½ dadoes on 2” centers. on two of them.
The relief for the pipe clamps were 1” wide dadoes.
Glued and Screwed the top combed board to the bottom rip and fastened both plumb to the wall.

Looks great! I see only one problem – what are you going to do when you buy more clamps? You can never have enough clamps – but you’re getting close!

Excellent job. Your whole shop is on wheels, that is also a plus.

Nice job
The more clamps the better I think I’m up to about the 200 mark and still run out on some jobs.

Thanks guys..
I plan to get some shorter parallel clamps in the future.
The cheapo Harbor Freight clamps will be phased out.
They served me well for what they’re worth.
Once you have quality clamps like Jorgensen, it’s hard to go back.
