Saw a rack similar and made this one up a little different. Cut the 4” PVC to length , clamped a straight block to side and ripped a slot into pieces on table saw , then stacked in a row butted flush , hot glued the rip cuts upside down with hot glue , attached a piece of Angle iron to top, with 1/2” rivets painted black, tap ones to column. In small pipes I had welded , snapped off to many small drill bits , bumping them . There mounted right next to my spin around , swing around , live powered angle grinder rack mount. I think I’m just getting to organized.
