A pair of turnings both out of Limba, with accents of mahogany, white oak, walnut, and maple.
The first turned was the larger one, and the accent lamination was by fixing a crack. I more or less stumbled on the “African Tribe” look as I was turning it. I turned the second smaller one out of the scraps from the first and made it a year or so later.

These are very attractive..you did a good job of matching the scale and curvature a year after the original. That is something I need to work on. Beautiful!

Fantastic turnings. Love the tops and stripes in the big one. Nice job on matching shapes and scale. The big one is a lot shinyer then the small one. Is the small one not finished?

Keep up the great work.
