Here is a fun mallet made from a Holly branch. The handle is from a hedge row tree I cut down with my neighbor. As im not sure what type of tree it is I’m not too sure how strong it will be as a handle. I used an oak wedge to secure the head ( glued it too). This is the first time I’ve used a branch for the handle…. Finished it with linseed oil & leather on the face & bottom of handle, for fun.
