I just felt like doing something a little different, so I thought I’d show my friend woodbutcher that I am capable of something other than perfectly square corners. But I’m still not quite ready to fully embrace roundness either. :-)

That’s nice Charlie. Really like the design. Especially what you did with the top

So close to round… I think that with more practice you could become very good at Box Making.. keep practicing….FOFLMAO…..just joking…. just in case you thought I meant that…
Seriously though…... AMAZING!!! and the inserts… very cool … maybe next time you could do the inserts to match the lid….

Very nice Charlie. What have you done with all those boxes?

Fantastic box. Love the not round but not square either idea. Great design and wood choice. All around fantastic job.

Really like the fine inlay along the bottom. I like how all your boxes have that little extra to catch the eye.

Keep it up BoxMaster.

Great Job Charlie ! You did a great job on the miters (Can’t find a flaw anywhere) plus you carried the grain around the box perfectly ,I also really like the inlay .

Thanks, everyone!

Mike, you’ve discovered my secret. I’m really a warlock. :-)

Roz: I have boxes at my office, boxes around the house, and boxes gathering dust in the garage. I did actually sell one to someone who wanted to give it as a Christmas gift.
