I saw this design on colbynorwood’s project posting and really liked the uniqueness and simplicity of the design. I made 16 of them for Christmas presents this year – some from walnut, some from pine, and one from purple heart. All were finished with Danish oil.
It was a little hard to find 0.5” diameter candles, but I located them on-line at DiscountCandleShop.com
They were a big hit!

Very nice. Now I know what to do with all those pieces of wood that are too small to make anything but too beautiful to throw away.
