My first scroll saw project!

This is my first project with the scroll saw. I made the name plate first to even see if I had the hand eye cordination to do this without losing a finger. So not being timid I jumped in with both feet and made the Nativity Scene for my In-Laws, they will be getting it for Christmas. I think I might actually like this stuff.

Nice job all the way around. My first deliberate woodworking was with a lathe, watched a demo at HD and bought one. That led to all kinds of other types of woodworking and I’m not sure what I like best, it’s all good to me from turning to scrolling.

Good job as your first project. And just so you know, you have to push really hard to cut off a finger with a scroll saw. I know, I seem to try on a regular basis. LOL Keep scrolling, it get very addictive.
