I made a storage shed for the back yard a last summer and didn’t want to just put a plain old plywood door on it so I decided I’d dress it up a tad. They are made out of spruce and pine, all glued up with waterproof glue and the panels are set with a marine grade sealant to prevent water from getting in but still allow for for expansion and contraction. They are a year old and thus far have held up well to the elements. They are finished with an exterior stain to match the fence and the deck.

Nice work with the doors – it’s been on my list of things to make one day.

I like, the curved detail is an extra bonus. I’m planing something similar to your shed by closing in the cantilever part of my kitchen which is under our deck. Drawback is I’ll need eight!

Wow, those are the fanciest doors I have ever seen on a shed. Very nice work!
