Credit for the majority of the design goes to Marc Spagnuolo of The Wood Whisperer.com. This is one of my first projects and is so simple you don’t need instructions to build it. The horizontal bars are just pvc so cost is very minimal. My only issue is if built like this you are limited to the number of clamps you can add. You could leave off the upper and lower boards and just make vertical supports with small mounting pads on each. Then you can move one or both vertical supports outwards and add longer pvc members and so add additional clamps. I like this closed end design so since I’m out of room, as my need for more clamps increases (you can never have enough to clamps) I’d would just build a duplicate and rearrange the clamps accordingly.
