Dannie, this is a lovely small box. The Hummingbird makes it so special. Unfortunately, your pictures are quite small, so it’s difficult to have a close look. The top looks like a mesh of some time. What is the purpose of this?

Anyway, Dannie, I just love small wooden boxes, and this one is no exception!

Thanks everyone for your comments on my box.
Pat- I buy my boxes at Michael’s Craft store.
Sawdust- You cracked me up with your comment about letting the hummingbird breath! LOL!
Don…the purpose of the wire mesh is so that the scent of the potpourri I put inside the box can be smelled…this makes the box functional. “Keep burning and learning”...Dannie
