This was my first green wood turning. It is made of cypress. It was interesting to do because I had to turn it most of the way then let it dry for a couple of days before finishing it. It is 8.25” in diameter and 3.5” deep. I had to do some research on the internet for green wood turning and learned a lot. I did a smaller bowl (no pictures) of some green cypress as a candy dish and finished it and once it dried the lip was oval. Looks cool but this one I wanted round. I hope you like it.
