Decorative tree

This is a decorative tree I made a few years ago. It’s no functional furniture, it should just stand in the room and look pretty.
The tree itself is maple (About 2m long and 35cm diameter) and the base is made of beech.
I made the rude work with the chain saw and switched then to the chisel and at last a grinder.
