Great Job! I am hoping to make one in my class in the new year. I was wondering if you know a place I could get some measurements?

Jolly
I posted this to Paul, might as well offer the info up to all.
I was lucky at an action when I spotted this style of rocker up for bid. I got the rocker for $45. It was in tough shape but I wanted it to study it’s proportions and joinery. I did a serious autopsy and the parts reside in 2, 5 gallon buckets as we speak. My intention was and is to build many.
I have a set of plans I bought through Woodsmith at
http://www.woodsmith.com/plans/craftsman-rocking-chair/
and printed online free a similiar set here
http://www.popularmechanics.com/home_journal/woodworking/1273226.html
My chairs vary some but not much. Having the old rocker was very helpful.
