Made this for my wife for Christmas. Since she chose everything else on her list (and knows what she is getting), I thought that I would throw in an unexpected surprise. Made of white oak. Most components are 3/4” thick, the top is 1” thick. The bottom is rabbeted in and is 3/4” oak plywood. Dimensions: 23 1/4” tall, 38” wide and 20 1/2” front to back. I used my Leigh D4R on the dovetails. The top has a bullnose profile on all 4 edges. I’m going to wait until after she sees it to apply the finish. I’m not sure if she would prefer a clear finish or a tinted finish. It weighs a ton!
