This guitar body is made of Sapele with mini humbucker pickups. The neck is store bought. I liked it because the curve follows the curve of the body. In making the body design I took into account a guitarists need to utilize the whole fretboard. I positioned the controls where they would be out of the way when strumming. The input jack is located at the guitar strap button at the end of the body while the front strap has a locking nut. Positioning the input jack as I have keeps you from accidentally stepping on the cord and pulling the jack out. The pickups can be split so you have single coil or double coil capacity. The challenge was drilling wiring holes from the control cavity to meet the input jack hole without the drill bit wondering off course, the bit was 12” long. The way I did it was to chuck it up in my mini lathe and building a jig to pull the guitar body into the bit.
