Wooden train tracks, fun for kids, addicting for adults. Lots of inconstant pillars from various makers, very frustrating. But it not a problem, they are made of wood!

Here we go, first iteration, lets take some pine and cut out some superior risers. The first picture has two different ways to keep the track on side-side.

The risers are still frustrating because the track shifts forward or back constantly, dropping one or the other track.

Answer: cut out lot of little short train tracks and just glue them right on top.

There was a little trial and error finding jigs that work well and produce good consistency from piece to piece. The nice part is once you put all the effort into the short track the pylons are much less picky.
